En Tepic la transparencia se mide en metros de lona y en litros de tinta. El Ayuntamiento presume honestidad, pero lo que cuelga de cada poste no son informes de resultados, sino retratos de una administración de fantacia que vive de su propio reflejo. Geraldine Ponce ha logrado algo que pocos, con cinismo y engaños convertir la propaganda en política pública y la vanidad en estrategia de gobierno.
El primer informe de su segundo periodo llegó envuelto en discursos de continuidad, pero huérfano de hechos. Desde la comodidad del filtro mediático, la alcaldesa asegura que Tepic avanza; sin embargo, basta con desviarse unas cuantas calles de su escenario digital para tropezar con la realidad: calles convertidas en ruinas, servicios colapsados y una ciudadanía que observa cómo la “transformación” se desvanece entre baches y promesas.
En esta administración, la transparencia se imprime en vinil y se amarra con mecate, mientras los datos reales permanecen bajo llave. Se habla de inversión histórica, pero nadie ve las obras. Se proclama eficiencia, pero los expedientes se maquillan. Se reparten aplausos desde oficinas climatizadas mientras los vecinos de las colonias aledañas a la Avenida Zapopan del sur de Tepic, viven el abandono que no cabe en los informes.
El informe no se rinde, se posa. Se posa en cada esquina, se cuelga en cada avenida, se comparte en cada red social. Es una galería de autoelogios que intenta tapar con colores el gris del deterioro urbano. Una puesta en escena donde el presupuesto se gasta en convencer, no en servir.
Y lo más grave no es la farsa, sino el silencio que la rodea. Morena, el gobierno federal y los operadores políticos del régimen han decidido mirar hacia otro lado, solapando el derroche y el culto a la personalidad.
La crítica incómoda se descarta, la voz ciudadana se ignora y el presupuesto se diluye entre contratos de publicidad y eventos de autopromoción.
Mientras tanto, Tepic se hunde en lo cotidiano: calles destruidas, basura acumulada, agua que no llega y un discurso oficial que presume logros que solo existen en los pendones. La administración municipal se aferra al relato de la transformación, aunque el pueblo ya solo vea transformación… en carteles.
En un tiempo donde la rendición de cuentas se volvió espectáculo y la verdad un accesorio de campaña, lo que Tepic necesita no son más lonas ni frases recicladas. Necesita gobernantes que miren al suelo, no al espejo.
Porque la transparencia, cuando es real, no se imprime. Se demuestra.
