Moscú (RRC): El Ministerio de Defensa de Rusia ha acusado formalmente a las fuerzas ucranianas de haber volado una sección de la tubería de amoníaco Tolyatti-Odesa, ubicada cerca del pueblo de Rusyn Yar en la región de Donetsk (este de Ucrania). Según el comunicado oficial ruso, la explosión ocurrió alrededor de las 13:05 hora local (10:05 GMT) durante la retirada ucraniana de la zona, con el objetivo de ralentizar el avance de las tropas rusas.
La tubería, que transportaba amoníaco (un compuesto químico utilizado principalmente en la producción de fertilizantes), estaba inactiva desde el inicio de la invasión rusa en 2022, pero aún contenía residuos tóxicos que se liberaron en forma de una nube densa de humo blanco, potencialmente peligrosa para humanos y animales.
El evento tuvo lugar a unos 2,5 km al este de Rusyn Yar, una aldea en la línea del frente en la República Popular de Donetsk (DPR, según la nomenclatura rusa). Esta tubería, de 2.500 km de longitud, conectaba la ciudad rusa de Tolyatti con el puerto ucraniano de Odesa en el Mar Negro, y era clave para exportaciones globales de amoníaco antes de la guerra.
El Ministerio de Defensa ruso publicó un video en Telegram mostrando una explosión seguida de una columna de humo blanco espeso saliendo de la tubería, lo que corrobora la ruptura.
Hasta el momento, el gobierno de Kiev no ha emitido un comunicado oficial confirmando o negando la acusación. Sin embargo, fuentes ucranianas y observadores independientes en redes sociales (como canales pro-ucranianos) sugieren que Rusia podría haber detonado la tubería para ralentizar un posible contraataque ucraniano en la zona, invirtiendo la narrativa. Medios como United24media (afiliado al gobierno ucraniano) han compartido videos similares, atribuyendo la explosión a fuerzas rusas.
Este incidente recuerda explosiones previas en la misma tubería, como las de 2023 en la región de Járkiv, donde ambas partes se acusaron mutuamente de sabotaje en el contexto del acuerdo de exportación de granos de la ONU.
