El Salvador (RRC): El Presidente Bukele lo comunicó en su cuenta de X, afirmando: «Desde hoy queda prohibido el mal llamado ‘lenguaje inclusivo’ en todos los centros educativos públicos de nuestro país». Compartió un memorándum firmado por la ministra de Educación, Karla Trigueros, que instruye a los directores de las 5.100 escuelas públicas a eliminar cualquier forma de este lenguaje en materiales, contenidos, libros y comunicaciones institucionales.
La ministra Trigueros justificó la prohibición argumentando que busca «garantizar el buen uso de nuestro idioma en todo material y contenido, además de proteger a la primera infancia, niñez y adolescencia de injerencias ideológicas que afecten su desarrollo integral».
Se enfatiza en mantener una comunicación «clara, uniforme y respetuosa» según las normas del español tradicional. Palabras como «niñe», «amigue», «compañere», «todes» o formas con «@», «x» o «e» (ej. «alumn@» o «jóvenxs») no serán admitidas en aulas, documentos o circulares.
Esta no es una medida aislada. En febrero de 2024, el anterior ministro de Educación, José Mauricio Pineda, ya había eliminado «todo rastro» de ideología de género de libros y guías escolares, siguiendo indicaciones de Bukele durante un discurso en EE.UU.
Forma parte de una «transformación» del sistema educativo impulsada en agosto de 2025, que incluye normas estrictas como uniformes obligatorios, cortes de pelo reglamentados y entonación del himno nacional al inicio de clases.
Esta política se alinea con posturas conservadoras en la región, similares a restricciones en países como Perú o Argentina.
